Celebrating our magnificent WILD world

Out of Africa

They say Africa is life-changing, and they are not wrong.

A land both rich and lyrical, vibrant and untamed, where the heartbeat of the wild still echoes across vast, golden plains. As I set out to capture some of the most extraordinary and awe-inspiring creatures this earth still embraces, I hope you will journey alongside me as this new collection, with new stories to share, unfolds.

I won't deny the weight of my fears for our wild world—for the fragile future of these remarkable beings. But I will foster and hold a greater strength in hope, no matter how challenging that may be. Hope, that we, as resilient and compassionate souls, will continue to be moved by beauty. That through reverence, through inspiration, we will find the courage to protect what remains.

This new series, will take time to steep and brew, but once finished my sincere hope is it will be a new celebration-of life, of wilderness, of the untamed spirit that connects us all.

May it stir something deep within, reminding us that change begins in the heart, where beauty sparks the will to protect and preserve.

Wild horses are an integral part of our American landscapes, their presence woven into the history and spirit of the wild. Yet, for far too long, special interests have pushed a narrative that they do not belong.

This makes what I'm about to share all the more meaningful. It is a deep and humbling honor to see one of my images recognized-once again-in the wildlife category of a prestigious photography award. More than a personal achievement, this is a moment of recognition for wild horses themselves, placing them firmly in the conversation of what is
considered "wildlife."

This acknowledgment is not just for the image but for the wild horses who
continue to embody resilience, freedom, and the untamed beauty of our natural world. May it serve as a reminder that they do belong-and that their story is worth telling, celebrating, and protecting.

Our National parks and public lands, which mean so very much to me, are in direct danger of destruction. Wildlife and our eco-systems are going to suffer. Wild horses thrive on public lands and the destruction of these lands will be the destruction of the horses.

Times are challenging in a multitude of ways, for my birthday I thought it might be nice to give a bump to those working so very hard to protect these majestic and sacred places, Western Watersheds Project. I hope you'll consider contributing. Every little bit helps and non-profits need us now more than ever.

The mission of Western Watersheds Project is to protect and restore western watersheds, our public lands and wildlife through education, public policy initiatives and legal advocacy and to NOT let special interest win.

BEAUTY INSPIRES CHANGE

I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to create and share meaningful stories through my work. Countless hours are spent immersed in the wild and the studio—meticulously curating images and crafting each new piece with care. It is a privilege and honor to see these works find their place in private collections and commercial spaces across the globe, sparking conversations about conservation and the beauty of our natural world.

If you have any questions about acquiring artwork or would like to explore a design collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. You can also learn more about our Trade Program on our website.
